It all started when…

My third grade teacher told us to write a story using our spelling words, and I fell in love with the written word. From that point on, I knew I was meant to be a writer. Only a few short years later, 4H speech competitions opened the door for me to make the written word come alive. I grew up, got married, and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Journalism and English. In addition to being a homeschool mom, I have been a freelance writer, editor and public speaker for the past 23 years. Most importantly, I am a wife and a mother.

God speaks through stories. In the Bible, we called them parables. I call them life. Women often feel alone in their struggles, but God wants us to share. Through my stories, I want to share the hope of Jesus Christ and to let women know that they are never alone. I want you get to know me, and I would like to have the opportunity to get to know you. Connect with me. Contact me. Comment on my blogs and posts. I have a lot of stories to share! I bet you do too!
